Ethnic group village calls for more investment

The Culture-Tourism Village of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups plans to launch activities in 2012 to attract tourists and call for more investment.

Major events include a festival to mark Vietnam’s Ethnic Minority Cultural Day (April 19), an international sculpture camp, and a cultural exchange between Vietnam and Laos.

A ceremony will be held to inaugurate the Cham tower complex in the village and commemorate Vietnam’s Cultural Heritage Day on November 23.

In addition, a trade promotion seminar will also be organized to attract both domestic and foreign investors.

These events aim to raise the young generations’ awareness and responsibility for preserving and developing cultural traditions, while promoting the Culture-Tourism Village of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups. (Source: VOV)
